Delivery Policy

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

• Order preparation: 1–3 working days.
• Estimated delivery: 8–12 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are separate from the preparation time and are not a guaranteed delivery date.

Following your order

Use the order-status link in your order confirmation. Once tracking details are available, follow the tracking link provided for your parcel. See Track Your Order for help.

Fulfilment

We work with international fulfilment and delivery partners. Orders may travel internationally before the final delivery stage in the United Kingdom. The carrier and available tracking details are shown in your dispatch information.

Delays or an incorrect address

If your order is outside the estimated delivery window, or you need to correct your address, contact us using our contact form and include your order number. We will check the available options; an address change may not be possible after dispatch. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
