Returns and Refunds

We offer 30-day returns from receipt. To arrange a return, use our contact form with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Our 30-day return offer

Items returned under our voluntary offer should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Please ask us for the correct return address before posting a parcel. The business address is not the returns warehouse.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Our returns warehouse is in Asia, so international return postage may apply. We provide the correct destination when arranging your return. Keep proof of postage.

Your statutory cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund eligible payments, including any standard delivery charge, using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Additional costs for a premium delivery method are not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs where required. Photographs can help us investigate. Your statutory rights are not limited by the 30-day commercial offer, original packaging requirements or sale pricing.

Orders already dispatched

Contact us if you wish to cancel. Dispatch may not be stoppable, but this does not remove your right to notify us of cancellation and return eligible goods.
